I hired Meldon and his Team 3 years ago for property conveyencing when i purchased off the plan expecting the build would start that next month. Despite the build being delayed for years Meldon and his team were efficient and clear with communication (even though the developer was not), they helped me overcome multiple obstacles and understand clearly my rights and my options.
