The closest options for public transport is to either catch a train to Town Hall station which is a 3 minute walk from our office, or to catch a bus to York Street. Our office is located directly opposite Queen Victoria Building (QVB) on the York Street exit. We recommend parking in St Martins Tower Car Park - Wilson Parking, which is the closest parking option to the office.

The Marriage Act 1916 defines a marriage to be the union between two people to the exclusion of all others, which has been voluntarily entered into for life. This is the first legal issue in my life that I had to deal with.
I wanted to reach a negotiated settlement at the outset and after a long legal process with the Applicant's solicitor a negotiated settlement was reached.

Legal proceedings are a daunting process but Shane was such an amazing support during a difficult time. I felt supported and well informed in order to make sound decisions that were right for me and my circumstances. Shane made sure that I had the appropriate support emotionally and psychologically to get through a challenging time and is testament to the fact that he really cares for each client as an individual and not just as a paycheck. Karissa was also wonderful throughout and I am thankful that I had them looking after me. Would recommend Shane in a heartbeat.
