Services
We are a Blue Mountains based architecture firm which takes on a range of residential and commercial projects both locally and further afield. Our architecture is responsive to the individual requirements of our clients, the building site and its environment. Project timing and cost control are also important considerations.
The first consultation is provided free of charge. Then if clients wish to, they can engage Diego's services for one or more of the following four Stages, depending upon their requirements and/or previous experience of building. Site analysis: solar access, aspect, view, neighbouring properties, prevailing winds and bushfire considerations.
Diego is extremely professional without forfeiting his pleasant personality. From the beginning of our relationship we have found Diego to be very cooperative e.g., he listens to our ideas, offers his own proposals and is able to compromise on decisions without jeopardizing the initial design of the building.
