After working in Brisbane and overseas as a property valuer and sales agent for 10 years, Damon started working with the family in 1990. Derek and Vi Churchill, the original business owners, are both now enjoying retirement with their son Damon taking up the reins in 2003.

Services
Our agents discuss with our sellers what initially attracted them to the property when they purchased and the best time of the day to show the home at its best. Factors such as natural light, seasonal changes during the year, local traffic patterns etc. are all taken into consideration. There is only one chance to make a first impression.
Our boutique agency sells an extremely high percentage of the properties we list for sale. We work diligently on a small number of listings until we reach a successful conclusion. This contrasts with other agencies' aim of listing as many properties as possible through the use of high profile agents with support staff handling the actual sales process.
The terms of the General Tenancy Agreement that relate to this agency including any special conditions are available upon request at our office and need to be reviewed prior to lodging an application form. This Pocket guide for tenants - house and units is for tenants who live in houses, flats, units, townhouses. It outlines a tenant's rights and responsibilities while renting. The Pocket Guide has been prepared by The Residential Tenancy Authority to highlight important issues during your tenancy. These booklets are given to tenants when they sign the tenancy agreement.
The new laws require a purchaser to withhold 12.5 per cent of the purchase price of real property valued at $750,000 or more and to pay that amount to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on settlement unless the seller obtains a clearance certificate. However, it will impact all property transactions valued $750,000 and over, irrespective of whether the seller is a foreign person or not.

I was promptly notified that my application was approved, then within 48 hrs I had secured the apartment, and within the week I had the keys to my new place. The agents are friendly, supportive and very easy to interact with, They were happy to answer all of my questions, as this is the first time I've been a sole tenant.
