I chose Amanda and Paula from Butler & Co because I had a unique property that needed the right buyer.
They had strong previous sales history in the area and the level of sophistication required to carry out the sale, highly professional at all times and never pushy when it comes to price. They worked extremely hard showing multiple parties through privately, working with Buyers Agents and working buyers on their database and through the campaign marketing channels. They honestly left no stone unturned during the process and and we had a contract within the first week.
