The motel has 16 rooms made up of Family Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Queen Rooms and Spa Room. Each room has split system air conditioning, free WI-FI, Smart TVs. The rooms are clean and comfortable with bar fridge and complementary tea and coffee with parking at your door. A communal BBQ and salt water swimming pool (including toddlers pool) on site for those hot summers days.

This place was disgusting. The owner came over to my room and screamed in my face after he said I rang reception too late. The wifi didn’t work at all and he threatened to no give back my deposit because I complained about the wifi. He said it was just a courtesy and not included in the price. I chose this motel purely because I had work to do and needed wifi. When we turned up the owner was cutting concrete right outside our window when we were trying to sleep. He scoffed in our face when asked about it. This man and his mother were extremely rude and arrogant and I would not recommend staying

Absolutely amazing place! Very clean neat rooms and there was no need to be scared of any bugs or creatures sliding in as most motels have a reputation for that, Great experience! Loved it! Reception staff were very friendly.

The owner is a humble and good man.We were desperately looking for a room and happen to be a cancellation and thank God our prayer answered (arabella). Room was clean, spacious enough for two of us and had a good two day rest. Will recommend to anyone , and will say hi to the owner and wife whenever we drive to tweeds head, GB

I had a fantastic stay here at this motel. The rooms were always clean, and anything I needed management would have it sorted for me. The manager of the motel was also so kind and understanding, and gave me a lot of advice and tips on what to see and do while I stayed in Tweed Heads. The head cleaner was also very kind and respectful, and really funny. If I ever pass through Tweed Heads in the future, I will definitely book another stay here. Truly appreciate the great stay - thanks guys!

Upon arrival, there were many bugs seen. Including spiders, ants, cockroaches etc. we turned on the air conditioning and there were two cockroaches that came flying out, there were spiders crawling up the wall and cockroaches racing around in the ground. When the reception had been notified, a guy came in to tell us we had to leave because we apparently “infested the room” even though we hadn’t even been there for an hour. He called the police on us and when we told him that we have no alternate options due to it being 10:30 pm, he then said “I don’t care it’s not my problem, just get

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of accommodation establishment. Cockroaches and spiders crawling everywhere, falling out of the aircon and in our pillows. We called the reception to ask for bug spray and he has the audacity to blame us for bringing it from Canberra on our 12 hour drive in our bags. He called the cops and aggressively asked us to get out at 10:30pm… a bunch of 20yr olds. With the up most respect, avoid this place at all costs.

The room was very clean and tidy, everything perfect. The owner is an awesome man and I became friends with him after I got stuck at the border and had to rent a room for couple of weeks! I recommend this motel highly to anyone who’s after a friendly environment and great owners

They advertise Daily Housekeeping, our room was never serviced the whole stay. Had to leave a day early due to Covid lockdown about to happen. No refund for last night. Not our fault we had to leave. Compassion- NIL
Grounds and pool / bbq area need a good clean up. Doesn’t give a good impression on arrival.
Dirty pillow slip on decorative and spare pillow.
Would I stay again? Definitely not.
