I was supposed to stay 2 nights but had to leave after the first night because the paper thin walls felt like the child crying all night next to me was in my room. I asked to swap rooms in which reception told me they couldn’t and I would have to knock on their door and tell them to keep it down.. I asked to have my second night refunded which was refused. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Beautiful staff for helping Mitch Orval when he was unwell after his 30km run. Charged his phone, gave him water and communicated with his partner until she arrived to pick Mitch up. So lovely to see there is still good people out there who help strangers. Will definitely be booking a stay after I have my first baby. I look forward to visiting. Great job guys!!

I’ve had relatives stay here numerous times and they never disappoint! The team go above and beyond to make the stay as enjoyable at possible. Their customer service and friendliness adds so much more value to this gem of a motel, and is something that we should see more of every where we go!! I cannot recommend this place enough for an amazing Gold Coast stay.

Incredible staff who genuinely just care about people no matter what they have. They looked after a guy who the didn’t even know because he wasn’t well. Provided him with water and a phone charger for absolutely no cost. If that’s no incredible service then I don’t know what is. I would give 6 stars if i could just for caring so much.

I personally have never been but I’ve heard such amazing things such as staff heavily caring about people that don’t even book a room. That says a lot about the staff and should make all guests feel safe and secure. Absolute amazing stuff and will definitely book when I’m able to travel!! Good stuff guys xox
