Great team of trainers, always happy to help and break down movements or techniques. Also, shout out to all the people that also trained there, everyone was always so friendly and made you feel like you were apart of the team. Would recommend!

I joined in Feb 2020 and trained there consistently (3/4 times a week) for 1.5y. I made some amazing friends there and the coaches are so knowledgeable, professional and fun! The gym caters for all levels. I only trained in Muay Thai and done one Female BJJ trial class which was real good too. There is a good mix of regulars and newbies so you never get to partner with the same people. Respect, friendliness and hard work are the pillars.
I have had so many good times there and was very sad to leave (moving to another part of Sydney). Fortunately, I will take with me a handful of beautiful friendships

Movement Martial Arts is a fantastic gym, with the most welcoming culture I've experienced.
The trainers are friendly and relaxed, which really sets a great vibe for the other students. Everyone is friendly and willing to help.
The classes are great for new comers or experts, with time slots specifically targeted at different skill levels. There's a great mix of people, some who are here for fitness and fun, and others who are competing and winning national competitions.
I've done both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here and enjoyed both thoroughly. I recommend giving the free trial week

This gym is a great place to train. All the coaches know what they are doing and are always willing to help you with your skills. Also it’s a very friendly and relaxed environment that I feel like hanging around after a training session. I highly recommend it to anyone that want to start out or advance their skills. Keep up the good work guys!

The people in this gym are nice. However, after attending 1 BJJ free trial, I ended up getting an infection on my foot and this is most probably a staph infection.
When I walked into the gym for the first time, I got a pungent smell of sweat. BJJ gyms that have a high standards cleanliness do not smell like this and in my time doing BJJ at Gracie Barra, I have never once got an infection of any kind.

As a female in a male-dominated sport, it can always be a little daunting joining a new training location. From day one the wonderful coaches at Movement have made me feel like part of the family. The culture they have fostered is very warm and welcoming. I felt instantly comfortable training here. The coaches place a big emphasis on members keeping each other safe during training; This was super important for me when looking for a new training space. For any females looking at trying out BJJ, please come and see how wonderful Movement Martial Arts is. You won't be disappointed.

I've never trained in my whole life (zero physical activity) up until I was 18. I got half-dragged by a workmate and tried BJJ for the first time. Obviously, with no experience in any kind of sport, I struggled to follow but with our super professional and friendly coaches (Wade, Billy and Andrew) I was able to further take my steps into martial arts.
I transformed from a weak and naive boy to a man with confidence!
If you're looking for change, I'd say Movement Martial Arts is the place. Best gym in Australia!!

Movement is the best place to train in Epping. I finally got back into Muay Thai after a while away. It's very affordable here and the staff and really friendly. The sparring that is available to those who want to do it - is fantastic. Truly a pleasure to train here

I had a great kickboxing session here last year. The coaches are great, super friendly, grade their students which means students achieve basic techniques before progressing levels. Sparring was well run and really enjoyable. The instructors managed a large group well, as a former instructor I know how hard that can be. Cant wait to head back again later this year.
