Had an excellent experience with this mechanic. They thoroughly checked my car and was very upfront and honest with the issues. Explained the issue indepth and they have mechanics there that enjoy working on cars. Will definitely go there again and the added parts store is a bonus. The person working the parts side was a very pleasant person to deal with as well and really tries to get parts in as fast as possible. Highly recommend to try this mechanic

Being taking my car to the official service agent for years, and things have been slowly getting worse on the car. Figured it was just age. One visit to these guys after they suggested when they just heard my parking my car (it was making some pretty bad sounds). I did not realise what a how far off the new car feel it had gotten. Drove home feeling like the day I bought it 10 years ago! Super fair price charged for the work done SAME DAY!. Amazing guys, Thanks.

These guys go way beyond professional. I've seen and known them to go out of their way many times to make sure their customers are fully looked after. They are an excellent team, highly approachable. There is not one issue they have not resolved for me, clearly showing their level of skill. I have not once walked out of the shop without knowing what the issue is with my car and what has to be done to fix an issue. They one of a few companies that set the benchmark on how automotive work and service should be carried out. This was clearly demonstrated to me on 8th February 2018 when they cleared

TRIED TO SCAM US.. took my wifes car in for rego check, needed new tyres and need to get out handbrake tightened - that was fine. Was told we also needed to have our front ball joints replaced, was given a quote of 400 for the parts, which i thought at the time was reasonable and then quoted 6-8 hours labour * RED FLAGS*
Took it around to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion, got quoted half the price on parts and told that it should only take 3-4 hours but he wanted to have a look to make sure. Upon him inspecting it he found zero movement in the ball joints. no need to replace.

Warren and his team are wonderful. They went out of their way to help us after traveling from Brisbane to Newcastle with a major problem with my Pajero. They diagnosed the issue really quickly and fixed it even though they were super busy because they knew I'm driving back on Monday. I highly recommend using these guys... the service was unbeatable. I am still so appreciative.

Absolutely amazing. Warren and the Autopro team went above and beyond today. My family and I drove from Brisbane to Newcastle, with car problems the whole way. It was hissing when we accelerated but we arrived safely. We phoned halfway to Mayfield and even though the team were so busy and fully booked, they were willing to help us.
When we arrived we explained to Warren that we have to drive home on Monday, and described our issue. He immediately looked at the car, and was willing to help. His team even went off site to buy parts and fix our car in between the others.

Just took my 80 series to brook motors to fit a turbo back exhaust and I am very pleased with the job. Very helpful and friendly service, ringing me throughout the job to let me know where they were up to. Reasonably priced and final cost was lower than what i originally quoted. Very happy with the feedback i received and they were very professional in their approach. I will definitely be back!
