BE Aware KRG will only start doing Searches when the deal is unconditional this makes it more complicated and limiting when negotiating settlement date with weekly rising interest rates this makes a big difference.
I Went with KRG for the good reviews they had. The professionalism was terrible when i explained what i was not happy with on the building rapport my message was copied and pasted and sent to the sellers solicitor, No referring to the building rapport or any minimum standards for a rental property, ZERO Initiative . Did not explain

I would highly recommend KRG. They have a team of people that work with you from the start till the end and even after settlement. I have read about all the stress you go about about buying a house, but KRG team took care of everything. They continuously communicate with you every step of the way. The only way I find a bit annoying is there are different people responding to your email everytime you ask something, but the good thing about that is you know that you are not hanging and someone is always there to answer your questions.
