Worst Experience Ever. Wouldn't Recommend. Had the most awful time with Heather Smith and Ted Legal... from a lack of curteous customer service and advice, to rude snarky and borderline aggressive email and phone call tones, to very important paperwork and deadline dates being overlooked, working with (or more like babysitting) Ted Legal was a nightmare whilst the balance of a property just hangs in the air and jeopardizing sale. Stay away from Heather Smith, is nice as pie the first conversation and as soon as you pay the deposit that's where her care factor ceases. It's ok for her to contact you after hours yet the minute you do she says "it's after hours I'm busy" then the excuses come when you request an itemized account, 3 weeks post settlement and no receipt of payment. Do yourself a favor and shop around.
