We have a blend of consultants whom we can call upon to work with us to create your building. We can take your project from concept to fruition, engaging Town planners, Architects and Engineers on your behalf. We will arrange for soil testing, engineering plans and environmental reports all of which are necessary to get your plans approved and ready for construction.
We were fortunate to have been put in touch with Peter Davies of Davbuilt Construction when the builder on our designer home was placed into receivership three quarters of the way into the build. Peter very quickly came to grips with the requirements to complete the build, providing professional, yet empathetic advice.

We engaged Davbuilt Constructions to build our house in 2016, completed 2017. Peter was extremely helpful and easy to deal with, and his continued advice and input throughout the build resulted in a superb home that we enjoy immensely.
