We’ve greatly enjoyed our Paradisa home and experience. The house is great quality but what’s been particularly impressive is their responsiveness when we needed anything within our first year of owning the home (warranty period). Justin was our project manager and jumped on whatever we needed quickly. We’re very likely going to use Paradisa for our next home too.

When my wife and I decided to start looking around for a new home in a neighborhood more central, we ran across Paradisa homes in Crestview. We fell in love with the layout and high-quality finish out. We worked with Thomas Brown and his team over the next few months to find the perfect house in one of our target neighborhoods. We finally purchased a to-be-built home in Allandale South/Shoalmont. Thomas and the team were great about letting us pick the finishes, working with their designer. When the sale of our existing home fell through at the last minute, we panicked - but Paradisa was very accommodating
