This is the actual Harlequin property with dayget, nothing at all that the photos show, understand COVID but this is not good enough, and we booked several properties,
other which were up to standard but obviously this owner doesn't care. . staff at dayget not overly helpful and need to lift standards a small offer of $ 200 was given but bit of an insult....considering it's less than 10%
Dayget certainly not helpful, and clearly just middle person for a poor home owner
I would personally be looking at other avenue to book houses if you want standards
1. Bbq not clean
2.Deck not clean
3.Weeds

Dayget has a listing of properties. Very easy to book, all done online, and if you do need to call them, the customer service is excellent. We too also had to cancel twice due to COVID and there were no problems whatsoever and you had a choice of rebooking or voucher, we originally rebooked but had to a second time and chose the voucher option which was very easy to use when we were finally able to rebook.Our accommodation was exactly as described and was truly a beautiful place in a great location and clean. You get sent your check in code just before checkin time and so easy to check out too

Dayget properties are a curated list of very high quality homes in the Hepburn shire area. Always extremely helpful and responsive when issues arise as they inevitably do. Recently stayed in one of their homes for the second time and had some major and rare issues - the owner was not as accommodating as we would have expected but thanks to Kim and the team Daylesford Getaways came to the party. We will keep using them to book accommodation for our large extended family groups. Other good points are that unlike many others they haven’t price-gouged due to the pandemic and they currently give credits

I received emails and text messages to prompt me to complete the next step in booking and preparing for our arrival. Very streamlined. Fabulous Service . If I were a holiday property owner on the region, I would consider it would be a gamble to not use the Management expertise of the Dayget team, instead of a wise investment. Where do I start. Evaporative cooling didn't work at all (31 degrees throughout night, hard to sleep). Fridge wouldn't cool food. Dishwasher failed to work. TV's didn't work.
We had repair people coming and going. (Hardly a relaxing holiday). DAYGET refused to refund us our money, even though we had an appalling stay. (And they led us to believe when we handed the keys back that they would, only to find that they backed out of this once we left). Not good enough. I wouldn't recommend this property, as the ongoing maintenance is non existent.

I found a property I liked on Stayz called 'Hisha' (Dalesford). The Stayz website advertised the seasonal weekend rate as follows: from 18 Jun 2016 thru 28 Feb 2017 price is $970 for Fri/Sat nights. When I went to book it on Stayz, Sandra from Dayget.com.au answered my request by informing that Dayget.com.au would be finalising the booking and the price was now several hundred dollars more. I told her that was false advertising and very misleading but she didn't seen to care or offer a reasonable explanation for the difference in cost.
