Trish and Gordon were exceptional Hosts. From the moment you arrive you are given a tour of the property and everything is explained to you. The accommodation is better than expected , the photos do not do it any justice ! Nothing is too much trouble for the Hosts they go way above an expectations. You pretty much have nothing to bring , all is provided, snacks at mini bar beverages, tea coffee and too many to mention.
We had an Anniversary dinner prepared by Trish which was 10/10 just perfection.

Absolutely magnificent place to stay, very homely and Trish and Gordon are the most beautiful, generous people.
Our massages from Trish were sooo relaxing and the food cooked by Gordon was 5 star, delicious.
I would highly recommend if you want to get away for a peaceful, relaxing time...

I could not rate this place or Trish and Gordons service highly enough.
We had an amazing night away. The room was beautiful and stocked with loads of thoughtful surprises and everything you would need and more. The dinner and breakfast was delicious with fresh local produce and cooked with love. We also booked Trish in for massages......my God the women has magic hands, have never felt so good after a massage. The property is quiet and well looked after and there was endless wood to keep the fire going to keep us warm and cosy. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning guests.

This place is a slice of heaven on earth. Trish and Gordon pampered us and made us feel at home. From the exceptional breakfast to that amazing shower and spa our skin had never looked and felt better. By far the best stay in Daylesford. If you are searching every place to stay like I did you will not be disappointed...and I am hard to please! I did not want to leave! We hope to see you soon Trish and Gordon. Trish and Gordon are the most wonderful hosts one could ask for. The food served was organic and super tasty, compliments to Chef Trish, not only is she an amazing cook but she is also a highly skilled masseuse who helped me get rid of a knot in my shoulder that was troubling me for sometime. The spa bath is pure spring water and the powerful jets were just what we needed for a complete rejuvenation and relaxation time. They are professional and we were treated like Royalties. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Peppermint Springs. Trish and Gordon were very welcoming and generous - the accomodation makes a great impression on entry! We were pampered from start to finish and felt most relaxed after the massages. Trish made a great effort to accommodate our dietary requirements. Would recommend a stay any time! Thank you

What started as a girls weekend away quickly turned into what felt like a Queens weekend away, from the moment we arrived we were given 5 **** service nothing was two much trouble, a tour of the rooms and explanation of how to use the facilities was just the start. The meals were absolutely delicious with what we called our butler( Gordon) always checking was there anything else we needed the freshly squeezed juices quenched the pallet.
