Our trip to Europe in 2010 was cut short when we had a family emergency back here in Australia. Thank you Angela! We came to you with no exact destination plans. Norway in a Nutshell and Viking Homelands Cruise on the Viking Sea were amazing. We said we wanted scenery and did this trip deliver! Arriving in Oslo to a car waiting for us after the long flight was the perfect start. Everything from accommodation to train transfers, there is nothing we could fault, one of our best holidays.

To date these amazing people have arranged our cruises on P&O Pacific Jewel to New Zealand and Vanuatu including all requested shore tours prior to shoving off, our trips to China with stops in Beijing, Xian, Hong Kong and Singapore including all flights, transfers and accomodation. We visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, The Walled City Of Xian along with the Terra Cotta Warriors. All this and much more has been the work of the Skilled

Skilled Travel has been nothing but a POSTIVE experience for me ever since I walked into their office all those years ago. Nothing was to much trouble, getting email after email trying to get the perfect holiday sorted. I dont know how many holidays we have booked through Skilled Travel but never have had a bad experience. I have been using this travel agent for a number of years. I am so impressed by their work ethic and dedication to duty that I have personally recommended this agency to a number of friends, all of which have used Skilled travel for some time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - USE ANOTHER AGENT - NOT WORTH THE STRESS
I recently booked a holiday with Skilled Travel and left on Christmas Eve we arrived at our destination at 11pm to find we had no accomodation booked (which we had paid skilled for), we tried to contact skilled but there office was closed to the 3rd of january (the day we fly back from our holiday) and if it were an emergency to send an email to which there was an automatic response email say someone would contact me within 48hrs (at this point me and my partner are stressing on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day) I was on the phone to Australia
