When considering a new air conditioning system for your commercial office or warehouse, a correctly designed system is paramount. We design air conditioning arrangements specifically for your space, ensuring the system is as efficient and effective as possible. Whether you require mechanical ventilation or fully ducted, single wall mounted split or multi-split air conditioning, we have the expertise.
Planned Preventative Maintenance is ongoing, scheduled servicing of your air conditioning with predetermined and detailed checks carried out and recorded. During the servicing, any 'minor' requirement, outside of normative servicing, is also addressed with the view of negating a costly re-attendance.
In addition to being air conditioning professionals, we are also an electrical contractor and employ a number of fully licensed electricians. As an accredited electrical contractor, we can undertake, test and certify electrical installations and repairs within your home or business.

Thompson supplied and installed a ducted system on a house I built. Their workmanship and service was notch. So i decided to get them out to look at 5 years room airflow fault I had on my principal place. Even though another company had installed this system, 3 callouts they couldnt find the fault. Thompson located the fault in 1 visit. Highly recommend Thompson Cooling. Great company to deal with. I hightly recommend.

There are plenty of good aircon companies out there - we had them quote on installing ducted into our duplex. On the most part, they all seemed to be much of a muchness.
The final quote we got was from Scott at Thompson Cooling. Wow! This guy wasn’t interested in taking our money... he simply wanted us to consider all of the possibilities,… including details on where/how to install the hardware. Frankly, he could’ve quite willingly sold us a significantly cheaper system but we decided to go with his recommendation on the Daikin aircon system. It was installed yesterday and it

We have used Thompson Cooling three times now and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. All the team are friendly, professional and punctual. This latest install was in our apartment and was not the easiest of jobs, the guys offered up some great solutions to make sure we got the outcome we wanted. Their work is also very neat and tidy, no corner cutting involved which we appreciated.
