Rooms 3, 4 & 5 have private decking overlooking the iconic Birdwood Museum grounds and countryside. If travelling as a family or have an extra we have trundle beds that will fit in any room. The Birdwood Motel is located next to the National Motor Museum, Top of the Torrens Art Gallery, Hotel, Cafes Bakery, 2 x Antique Shops and an IGA Foodland, almost everything you need can be sourced locally.
Just outside of the Township you can access to a range of Conservation and wildlife parks with Bike Riding Adventure Trails, and just a few minutes up the road are Brewery, Distillery chocolate, cheese and a long list of wine destinations for you to enjoy.

The room was very clean, well appointed for just an over nighter or for a more lengthy stay. Bed was large and comfortable. I was surprised how quiet the location was. Certainly great value. The host was very approachable. Will certainly book again in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in the Adelaide Hills to attend a wedding. The rooms were as the website described and all photos were true. The spaciousness of the room was fantastic. The bed was incredible - so big and oh so comfy! Simple cooking facilities and coffee pod machine was a nice touch. The Foodland across the road was well stocked to buy anything we needed. A welcome bottle of wine was appreciated. Everything was well thought out even down to the power boards attached to the bedside tables for easy access. The bathroom was huge and the spa bath enormous. Easy access, good parking

A great place to stay for a night or a few days to relax in the Adelaide hills. The rooms are well laid out, so spacious and the bed enormous and oh so comfy! Check in was easy with access to keys via a secure… key lock. The towels were big, fluffy and smelt lovely. A simple kitchen area to cook your own simple meals if desired- Foodland across the road. It really is worth a visit.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, the bed was huge and soft with pristine white linen.we found big soft fluffy towels in a generous and modern spa bathroom. The location in this sweet little town is superb, with the hotel across the road serving great meals to suit many with allergies. We loved our 2 day stay 😊

We had a really nice stay at the Birdwood motel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a nice ensuite, and a large bed. It had all the facilities we needed for our short stay, and convenient car parking right in front of the room. The price was very reasonable, particularly as we booked at short notice. We will definitely stay here again.
