I found The whole experience absolutely appalling and I would not recommend to buy or sell through this agency. If I could give no stars I would. This particular agent I felt did not hold the sellers best interest first and as a prospective buyer really failed in communication. We felt lied to, misinformed and treated with no respect.
Look elsewhere if you want an agent who is honest and excellent at negotiating multiple offers and keeping your prospective buyers informed and yourself as the seller.

Joe has gone above and beyond the call of duty to acquire the best possible outcome for me on the sake of my property.
I believe it was a Ray White employee who attempted to buy my house through Platinum Properties and when that offer was found to be well short of the mark a derisive review was left on this website. Subsequently the property has been sold for a greater price and not conditional to the sale of another property.
I can’t praise Joe and his team enough for the effort they’ve put into getting me the best price in the shortest possible time.
