Worst experience we have ever had selling our house. His stand over tactics, constantly trying to talk over us and just rude. Constantly late for open house inspections and appointments with us as well as refusing to show up for an open house inspection. We had a few contracts on our house we wanted to counter offer on paper but was denied everytime from Brennan which was just wrong. Submitted our contract of sale knowing a Signature was missing but his explanation was it happens all the time, just wanted the sale at any expense, this caused a lot of grief with all parties involved. Great experience with over 10 properties sold I met Brennan by randomly walking into his office when researching Logan council area. Although at the time I was not actively looking for a property nor did I have anything to sell Brennan spent quite a bit of time with me and sharing his knowledge of the area. Since that time I have had three… developments ready to sell and Brennan has been amazing through this process. So far he has sold over 10 blocks and houses for me and has made the process as easy as possible. Selling and buying is stressful in most situations however dealing with Brennan
