Sadly we were with this agent for our rental property for a few years (we were renting it out to tenants). The rental manager changed at least 3-4 times during this period and they were very slack in returning emails and letting us know what was going on. Repairs we had authorized seemed not to get done as they should have and communication between the staff at the rental office was poor. Please note it was just the rental department only- not the sales department as I cannot comment on that. We have used another harcourts agent (not at this location) for a sale and they were excellent. I do not
