I spent 3 hours getting my hair coloured and cut and I left with totally different hair to what I had asked for. My cut was jagged and uneven and very short, my colour was very similar to the colour i went in with which I was not happy with. I sent them an email the following morning to see if they would rectify this, have not heard a response. I was very disappointed

Amazing Salon. Friendly atmosphere, very professional and comfortable. Massage chairs are eep worthy. Always make you feel welcome. I always come out swishing my hair around like an add on TV.

I normally wouldn't comment unless it was THAT bad but I had the worst haircut of my life there. (Not exaggerating) Where do I start?!
I have been trying to grow my hair for a year and explained I wanted a few layers around my face. Instead I got a mullet looking cut and uneven layers everywhere starting at eye level!! As my colleagues said, it looked like mice gnawed on it all night.
I complained nicely the next day to give them a chance to refund or rectify the problem but instead was told I needed to style my hair differently!! She took more length off my hair and the layers went shorter!

Excellent salon. Excellent service. Super satisfied customer here. After voicing my wishes to preserve as much length as possible (after many months of no trims and a hefty amount of "dead length"), my wish was granted with no problems! I even had an Olaplex treatment included which restored my hair to it's almost natural state, even after years of dying it! Could not have asked for a better experience! :)

Staff went out of her way to get my hair done the way I wanted- even staying back late to make sure I was happy. Super reasonable price, great result!

Whenever I call for an appointment I am told they're fully booked but then manage to fit me in last minute. Yet every time I turn up the salon is empty??? I don't think I've ever seen another person there.
Jamie is very friendly, easy going and does a good job but the prices fluctuate and it's just a bit too expensive for a salon in the burbs.

Studio Red is super friendly and do amazing hair, they consult with each client on every aspect of their hair, well done.
