This property is exceptional! The owners are thoughtful and hospitable (but not intrusive) and have provided so much attention to detail in the personal touches with the decor, the very comfortable facilities (best nights sleep ever!) the spa bath, the special continental breakfast (including being provided with suitable milk and bread to meet my dietary restrictions), the thoughtful addition of bottles of water in the fridge, a variety of cereals and spreads for the continental breakfast and the high level of care with cleanliness throughout the accommodation that we really didn't want to leave

Astrid and David are lovely hosts. The apartment was extremely clean. Bathroom beautiful, bed comfortable. Breakfast was enough to start the day. Meals would need to eat out as only has a kitchenette. Heathcote Inn was our choice (Note: Heathcote Harvest was under renovation at time of posting).
It is a beautiful location on top of a hill where you can watch the sun set. Sitting outside with a cold beer in swinging chairs was great way to chill. Heathcote is a lovely area to explore local wineries and only a hop skip and jump to Nagambie, Castlemaine, Bendigo. Rail trail to Bendigo is a great

Heathcote Views, offers stunning views, clouds patterns changes in the whole day, scenic view of sunrise and sunset, wind flows the whole time and gives the momentum to the whole scenery look and makes it alive, hopping kangas and driving through the smalls hills to reach up to the main entrance makes it look really beautiful. Astrid and David offered good hospitality, cleanliness and personal touches by Astrid made the place like a home for us. It was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent modern accommodation, beautifully presented with everything we could have wished for in a wonderful country escape. The sunrises, sunsets & night sky were amazing & to top it off we were treated to a stunning rainbow over the horizon following a sun shower - simply superb. Great place to explore local wineries & do some photography at Pink Cliffs & spectacular boulders around Tooborac.

Beautiful little home away home with its stunning 360 lancape views and an amazing sunset which we sadly only caught the end of. The idle retreat to enjoy a nice spa after an intense day of wine tastings, don't miss Wild Duck Creek Winery.
Just a tip: get there before dark as you might miss the entry of Heathcote Views

Approximately 7 k from Heathcote just past the reservoir high on a hill overlooking the valley of Heathcote to the south towards the McHarg ranges. Or enjoy the sunsets to the west - spectacular from any perspective, this is luxury living at its best.
