Bookings cancelled within 24hrs of the arrival time or a "no show" will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge. This will be taken from the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Refused a booking for a grandmother and baby in need because they "don't take people needing temporary accommodation". I bet this is the kind of business that gives a gift voucher to a school fete and then claims to be all for community.
When people are struggling, we all need to step up. That's what real community is.
We often visit Bendigo for overnight stays. Will give this place a miss.

Had a wonderful stay with my son on a boys weekend away on the bike! Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was fit for a king! Warm and friendly staff! What more could one want. Will definitely stay again when next in Bendigo.

Stayed for 3 night's comfy bed and couch good air-conditioning and the best shower that I've ever used at a motel immediate temperature control and large coverage will definately use this motel again next time I'm in Bendigo

Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room with a good pub close by for a tasty dinner! Continental breakkie was generous and delivered to room at requested time. Staff were happy to look after our luggage until we picked up hire car after check out. Very impressive service.

I have stayed here a few times and each time Anne, husband and staff have done everything to make me as comfortable as possible during my stay. Lovely and clean, quiet, like a little home away from home. Disabled access is excellent. I'd recommend this place to anyone. (Lesley M.)

After a yummy breakfast and a good nights sleep we were able to go for a stroll in the lovely White Hills Botanical Gardens.The rooms were very clean and quiet.Would recommend to anyone.
