I contacted Air Conditioning Hub during a heatwave in early January. They were available, punctual and the price was competitive. I found Hannah and Glen very courteous and responsive. The other staff were also easy to deal with. Our installation was complicated and awkward and Glen was able to come up with a great solution for us. The work was undertaken and completed in the agreed time frame. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Not happy. Had a new split system air con installed in December 2020. Initial service was good and the technician Glen was helpful. However install was done by apprentice and within two weeks the gas had leaked out of the system. Had trouble getting the technician to come back quickly and had aggressive communication with office staff. Technician made it obvious he was not happy to be called back, however he fixed and re-gassed the system. Fast forward six months the gas has leaked out of the system again. Despite their one-year installation warranty we have chosen another company to fix their

My old (14~15 years) Daikin ducted airconditioner was replaced after it failed and it was in my opinion better and cheaper in the long term to replace it with a new one rather than taking the chance of repairing.
The installer was highly capable and was able to complete the task of removing the old system then installing and testing the new system within the day.

Last week I had two Fujitsu air conditioning units installed in my apartment, one in the lounge and another in bedroom by Glen and his assistant.
Despite of encountering the difficult situations, Glen was highly professional and went above and beyond to make my job perfect. I am 100% satisfied with his work and extremely happy with the result. I highly recommend him.

I had got a quote from another supplier and felt they were taking advantage of the 'spring season' demand - in fact they even said something to that effect when I questioned the quote! Dissatisfied, I contacted Maison Air Conditioning and was impressed from the first point of contact. They were professional, well priced and provided sound advice on the air conditioning unit that would best suit our needs. Glen came to install unit and was proficient and cleaned up after installation. I would definitely recommend Maison Air Conditioning and plan to use them again for future projects.
