We have our ducted air con installation done a while ago, the guys that install the ducted air con broke our ceiling. we told the installer Apex, and they send someone just do touch up like 3 brushes on the ceiling. The worst thing of all this is the aircon never works. We complain thoughout the year and get bounce between Daikin and Apex techinician... Daikin said it is installer's problem, and Apex said it is Daikin issue. We are stuck in between until one techinican from Daikin found that there is a leakage somewhwre between the indoor and outdoor unit, and it is installer's fault. With that

We had such a positive experience with Apex, would highly, highly recommend!! Other groups had quoted us tens of thousands for a job they didn't correctly diagnose and with just one visit Shane from Apex was able to tell us exactly what the problem was, fixed it as best as possible for an incredible price and without any further pressure advised how we could proceed further, if we wished to.

Just had Apex install Fujitsu airconditioning in 3 rooms. Daniel came twice before installation to ensure that we would get the most appropriate units. Their tradesman were clean and tidy and did an excellent job. Would recommend this company.

If you had asked me 5 years ago I would have happily given Apex a 5 star review. Their installation service was great and the first 3 year maintenance agreement went well. 5 years later when things started to go wrong with a $10K unit they were almost obtusely unhelpful and despite me organising to get the problem part for free from the manufacturer they were unwilling to even look at the job to repair it. This is despite me being more than happy to pay their quoted repair price. Multiple calls to the manager to discuss the issue went un-returned. This experience has ensured I will never recommend

Great customer service from the quote right through to installation. At each stage they showed up when they said they would. The team was also willing to think creatively about the various options to suit my needs, especially when compared to the other places I got quotes from. Workmanship was fantastic and no mess left behind afterwards. Very happy with the result.

The representative arrived on time and represented Apex astonishingly well in his demeanour, knowledge of the field and above all, his remarkable business acumen. So I spend the day hovering to and from my house for the Apex person, who was going to move our air con ducting in the roof - they change the booking on us without telling us - then they arrive an hour later than the booking they changed.
The serviceman arrives, goes up the man hole, tells me he is confused before he goes up. I have to repeat the job details three times (move the air vents to the outer wall - see that isn't hard is it?) - he comes down five minutes later and tells me that the horsehair and plaster ceiling is fibro and this isn't really the job they do. I asked Apex to quote on an air conditioner in my office. I used them 12 months ago and found them prompt, friendly and knew what they were doing. This time, the technician called me as he was approaching, the quote was provided quickly and he advised 2 units that would suit my needs. Nothing has changed thankfully. They are still reliable, prompt and good to deal with. Not like the other 2 I contacted - one was a 'no show' and the other turned up late without even notifying me.

Had a long drawn out saga with Apex Air who were very quick to bill highly and very slow to deliver any results. Paid out multiple hefty call out fees to Apex with the result of one zone motor replaced and didn't receive the promised service. Ended up getting the aircon fixed by dealing with Daikin direct who fixed everything same day without multiple call out fees and learned that the Apex Air diagnosis was completely erroneous.

**** WARNING **** Do not use this company.

We were quoted a $70 per hour maximum charge + any service costs. The technician HEATH NEWELL came out and looked at our unit and advised he would need to come back for a repair.

He then charged us $187 for the 15min service call.

When we questioned him abut the charge, he blamed George from the office, saying "He always does mistakes like this, I'm sorry but he gave you the wrong information". We had to pay the bill. He then told us the service charge would come off the cost of our final bill. He then gave us a verbal quote for
