My name is Cherie, owner of Lighthouse Life and I love my work. Really love it. My belief is that mind body spirit health profoundly influences everything we do and everyone we know. So I am very privileged to be in a position to help bring balance, nurture, release and healing to the people I treat through my massage, energy work and wellness mentoring.
Remedial massage is more than just a physical approach to wellness, it is a mental, emotional and spiritual tune-up as well. With a deep tissue and sports massage background, Cherie has treated olympic athletes and state and national representatives to prevent injury, aid recovery and maintain general body awareness and wellbeing.
Samvahan means 'the vehicle which brings balance'. It is an ancient Himalayan vibrational healing that invites the natural movement of vibrations within the body to create movement, release, balance and healing. Samvahan is a deeply soothing experience often described as being played or tuned like a musical instrument.
Psycho (mind) soma (body) atic (activation) is the activation and integration of the mind and body as we become aware of the unlimited evolving intelligence that is our human form. This psychosomatic process takes an in-depth look at what has brought you to the 'shape' you are in. The 'shape you are in' is the barometer of your health, and forms and shapes your behaviours.

I recommend this fantastic massage therapist and healer to all of my friends. I have been going to Cherie for 6 years. At first it was to fix muscular pain in my shoulders, back and hips, but these days it is to relax and refresh my body and thought processes. Cherie is the best remedial massage therapist I have ever come across. She has an amazing intuition and calming aura and is able to tap into the mind and body providing a totally holistic experience.
