We specialise in therapeutic massage techniques that relieve specific health problems including back, neck and muscle pain, sporting injuries, stress, fatigue and lymphoedema. We also offer relaxing or remedial pregnancy massage. Our pregnancy table allows for the woman to be positioned face down which provides for a much better massage experience.
Services
To put it simply, we love what we do. You need only to listen to what our clients say to understand this. We are highly qualified each holding a Diploma in Remedial Massage (or Shiatsu) with an average 1,000 hours of professional education. Each therapist continues to extend their skills with ongoing industry training.
We have made a time specifically available for you to enjoy your session. Our therapists are only paid for the time they are massaging. Sometimes there are other clients on a waiting list for your time. Of course unexpected things happen, there can be emergencies, accidents and sudden illness. We accept that these events are unforseen and the following does not apply when they occur.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Sonia has helped me a lot throughout the years, especially during my post-surgery recovery journey. She is a fantastic massage therapist. There's not a knot she can't get rid of or alleviate. Michael is super friendly and very welcoming. I totally recommend Dee Why Therapeutic Centre!

I have been seeing David weekly for almost a year. Our sessions are BEYOND simply a safe space to explore my inner struggles and frustrations (which was my initial expectation re-entering therapy) - TO helping me challenge some of my pre-existing philosophies / principles that have limited my life and personal growth over the years.
Working with David yields safe, welcoming dialogue, as well as an authentic collaboration for healing.
David's approach is more psychodynamic, which is what I was looking for in a therapist. Give it some time (ie not a quick fix / "band-aid" remedy for depression

My time meeting with David has been transformational. He is a wonderful therapist and overall a genuinely good human being who cares deeply about his patients' well-being and successful treatment. He is a great listener and provides thoughtful insight that has helped me better understand my anxieties. I truly enjoy my weekly session with David, and I highly recommend his services.

David has helped me navigate, understand, and make improvements in my career, my marriage, and my childhood, all by helping me better understand myself. He is considerate, sensitive, and highly-skilled, but most importantly, he creates a safe space to explore and do the necessary work to heal and grow.

I worked with David for about 6 months (wound up moving out of state). It was my first experience with talk therapy and it was truly life changing. He gave me so many tactics to deal with my crippling anxiety & to this day I've been able to cope without going back to therapy. He was even available for a one-off call after I moved a few months later when I felt like I could really use a chat. Highly, highly recommend!

David and I have been working together for several years and he has been an incredible source of support, as well as agent of positive change in my life. When finding a therapist, I was specifically looking for someone who is well versed in LGBTQ* issues, issues of race and immigration, as well as someone who doesn't shy away from difficult conversations. David fulfills all of those requirements, and is able to talk through these topics with a thoughtful and clear understanding. I am incredibly grateful to be in the care of such a compassionate and professional individual who genuinely cares about

David Young has undeniably been one of the most important people in my life. I met David when I was a teenager, during an incredibly difficult period of my life. I was angry, depressed, had low self-worth and I was emotionally closed off to the world. I worked with David for two years. He sat and listened to what must have seemed like the single most dramatic and turbulent life story of any 16-17 year old, but he listened anyway. David took me seriously, at a point in life when adults rarely do, and he spoke to me always with the dignity and respect that I deserved when hearing my problems. The
