All you need is your health fund membership card! After the consultation, your health fund card is simply swiped through the HICAPS terminal by the health service provider. Your claim details are entered and in seconds the whole transaction is processed. Once your claim is authorised, you simply pay the gap amount - the difference between the full fee for the treatment and the amount claimed from your health fund.

Great foot massage, a bit rough in the knocks I tried to explain I had circulation issues but he didn’t pay much attention. Also I payed for a 40 minute massage and my feet were soaked in water for 14 minutes? I mean 14 minutes is a long time, I put my timer on my phone as soon as he told me To sit down. The whole massage lasted 36 minutes so literally if you pay for this instead of 40 minutes you’ll end up having 20 minutes of “rough knocks removal which hurts a lot” 14 minutes of soaking and 6 minutes of sitting down in a comfy chair.

I booked an appointment this afternoon at your North Lakes store for 2.30pm and was in at that time with no waiting which was great. The staff member I saw was fantastic. Great pressure, asked if everything was… okay during my treatment. I feel fantastic, she found all the knotted muscles which I hadn't realised I had. She is an absolute asset to your company! I have been going to your North Lakes store for many years on and off and your staff have always been fantastic with treatment and service.

Cos you will have muscle pain. I feel so much better. Thank you once again Cindy. The receptionist was great, spoke great English. To all the staff, thank you for doing a wonderful job. such a hard job.

I've been here several times for reflexology & 60 minute massage (5 times now). Always extremely good & I've had a different person each time. Went there almost two weeks ago on the Thursday for a relaxing massage. Woke up on Friday in the worst pain I've ever been in. I could not walk or sit or move. I could only lay on the floor to keep me from shaking with pain. I organised another session to "fix" me on Saturday. I woke up Saturday and could not feel my leg below my knee and could not move my toes. The young man there worked on me and for the most part removed the pain. However, I still am paralysed in my leg. They refuse to try and help any more. Don't put your life and your livelihood in their hands.

My husband and I had 60min “remedial massages” at the Mt Ommaney branch today and they were the worst massages we have ever had. Unfortunately, the massage therapists were clearly untrained, and were using… their mobile phones during the service (I.e massaging with one hand and using their device with the other). In addition, the rooms did not have a relaxing atmosphere, as the rooms were fully lit with loud air conditioning drowning out any music playing in the background. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and a terrible experience. Based on that, we would not recommend

Kevin is absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend Happy Feet highly enough. 10/10 for service/cleanliness/results. Reflexology is incredible and I’m always treated very well.
Tina is also phenomenal and my go to girl for remedial massage. I always feel so relaxed and my body feels better when I leave here.

Absolutely rubbish massage. It was meant to be a 40 minutes massage of which 15 minutes was just the soaking of feet in the hot water tub. Then the boy who did the massage, massaged for 10 minutes each foot which was so bad that I dont even think itcould be termed as a massage. Completely avoid. Never going back there again.

Absolutely amazing treatment with Wen. He took great care of me, reflexology made me feel so relaxed, I fell asleep. The body steam was lovely and the full body massage was the best massage I ever had. Wen got all the tension & pain out of my whole body. I will definitely be going back. It was a fabulous experience. Frank is also very friendly and informative about the treatments. After my treatment I felt like I was on cloud 9. Happy feet and a very happy customer. Thank you Wen ☺
