Wonderful personal service - the florist rang me twice re the lack of native flowers at this time of year then went to s different market and rang me back to say she has them ! Above expectations so I can highly recommend.

On Tuesday I ordered an arrangement with roses to be delivered on Saturday morning. At 5.30 pm on Friday evening they rang and told me they did not have any roses and offered me inferior substitutes. It was too late at that stage to try elsewhere or buy something else so i had to take what they had and I ended up spending over 100 dollars on an unattractive bunch of stocks and unopened lillies. Bitterly disappointed.

So very friendly and helpful. I was visiting Henley and was not familiar with florists in the area. They helped me with flowers for an elderly lady even wrapping a bottle I bought elsewhere. I recommend their happy service and thank them for their assistance.

I had a formal to go to a few weeks ago and ordered a corsage. They said that they didn’t have the flowers so they could work with me to make another one that I would like. I got the most amazing surprise that… when I went to pick it up the next day, one of the beautiful staff had been to the market before work and got the flowers that I originally wanted!! It was so beautiful and everyone I talked to commented on how beautiful the corsage was! I would absolutely recommend you guys to everyone I know ☺️

Love, love, love every single arrangement that Simon and his staff have prepared for me over the years. The joy and shared excitement that their carefully constructed arrangements generate, words alone cannot express. They do such an amazing job every time.
