I have recently made a claim for damage to my old timber yacht caused by a storm in late October 2021. A claim was made through Tudor Insurance and have dealt with Megan. I cannot speak highly enough of the service Megan and Tudor Insurance have given. So prompt and responsive in communication. I was more than pleased to see the insurer waived the excess since the boat was moored at the time in RMYS marina.

My experience with Megan was exceptional. I don’t say that lightly as recent experiences with other unrelated organisations have been less than one would expect. In Megan’s case, from first contact with her until she notified me that the claim was finalised and money was sent to my account, not one hiccup. I rarely if ever write reviews but I’m very pleased to do this because the service I received was prompt, efficient and professional. Good job Megan.

Every dealing I’ve had with this company has been easy. I’ve unfortunately had to claim on a few of my policies and they’ve always looked out for me. Prior to using a broker I got burnt dealing directly with an insurance company who refused to cover repairs yet constantly increased premiums. I much prefer my dealings with Tudor!
