I ordered a flower arrangement and a box of chocolates to be delivered to Mum's house. She was over the moon when they arrived (next day!) and they were truly beautiful. Rachel was so helpful and I mentioned my Mum loves colorful flowers and she went above and beyond and added so many bright flowers. It looks like they will last for weeks too as some of the roses haven't started to open. Lovely friendly customer service and easy to order from afar online :)

Whilst I wasn’t able to purchase a bouquet in time (100% on me as I live internationally and miscalculated the date).
I will give Pick A Lily 5 stars for going above and beyond to contact me, from the voicemail I left. I appreciate them calling, specially with me being in Canada.
If I need flowers again in that area I will definitely try them!

Very very unprofessional. Ordered flowers from Sydney as a surprise gift for a friends birthday the picture of the finished delivery actually got sent to my friends mobil instead of mine so the suprise was ruined ! When I spoke to the florest she said she woul'd compensate by sending another small bunch of flowers and wine to my friend again. Whilst organising a time she laughed thinking this was funny! My friend then told me when they got delivered the lady was so rude shoved the flowers to the baby sitter and said these are the apology and just left and was cranky that she had to deliver them

I'm from Sydney ordered flowers for QLD friends. It was the most amazing experience. I google search for a local florist to my friends and took the punt! I was not disappointed. The communication from Pick A Lily was truly above and beyond. It felt like that good old fashioned kind that is mostly extinct now. Beautiful quality flowers as well. 100% impressed!

My beautiful wife passed away 23rd March. I spoke to Rachel about a floral tribute. She understood exactly what we wanted and went out of her way to personally pick up our flowers and deliver them to our door (safely of course) at short notice. The care and compassion she showed was true and honest. This was the best purchasing experience I have had under terrible circumstances. Rachael showed true compassion and the flowers were absolutely beautiful
