The township lies approx. 25 mins from Nerang, 40 mins from the beautiful Gold Coast coastline and only 25 mins to Beaudesert or 50 mins to Brisbane CBD.

We have been renting for 2 years now with Aussie Lifestyle Properties. We are a small family and during such hard times in the rental market with Covid we have been looked after and very grateful for having Aussie Properties as our agent. Karen & Monique truly helped us every step of the way while we purchased our forever home in Wonglepong. Their communication was impeccable and they both went above and beyond to help us understand the process, the area and intricacies of rural living. Karen was available to answer any questions I had about the purchase I was making and responded quickly. She was also very helpful on the stressful completion day as the sale was a 'simultaneous' one. My sale was going through and the purchase was going through on the same day. My husband and I purchased our first home in Nov 2020 through Karen at Aussie Lifestyle Properties. Our dealings with Karen were at times frustrating and unfortunately made our experience in buying our first home very stressful. Karen was at times abrupt and came across as judgemental. We felt as we were a young couple purchasing our first home on acreage that Karen and the sellers potentially thought we were not able to afford the property. The girls at Aussie lifestyle properties were really good when it came to buying my house. They were helpful every step of the way. And now living in Canungra is working out great.
