Unprofessional and unhelpful over the phone when making initial enquiries, not at all personable or accomodating. I've managed customer service teams for 2 decades however this has to be the poorest customer service interaction I've experienced yet. There are several other agents out there who are helpful, personable and professional - see them instead!

Never rent through this real estate agency as they let themselves into your home when your not there and without permission. They have no ethics & the property managers are two faced. Nice when you first move in and then rude and disrespectful once there. When you want to move out they go overboard with requirements needing professional cleaners & receipts. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
