To preserve the comfort of all guests the following conditions apply. Not suitable for children under 16 years of age except by prior arrangement. Non smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted outside the building only. Please be considerate of other guests if you intend to smoke on deck areas. Cancellations made 7 days prior to booking date will incur loss of deposit unless a re-booking is confirmed within 60 days.

Main beach boasts some of the most diverse beach snorkeling with calmer waters in comparison to the other beaches in the area, there is yellow tail rocks on the right on main beach which will take you out and around the bay to Mulhurns near the peak of the headland, also having the reef out from the lake to snorkeling within the bay inside the rock formation.Just ask a local to show you the way!
