I first came to Seasons of life, just to attend Pregnancy Pilates classes and didn’t expect much more.
I got supported throughout my pregnancy with a very wholesome approach by all of the physios I worked with.
Classes took my needs and abilities into consideration, I got to attend different types of classes that all complemented each other.

The clinic is also very family friendly - I had my 3 year old with me for one appointment and Sue was very

I found this really expensive and didn't feel like I got a lot out of it. I paid $150 for the initial consultation, another $30 for a belly tubing that I was advised I needed and than I was offered to come in for a "trial" pregnancy Pilates class. When I was about to leave the class I got stopped and asked to pay - when I mentioned I thought it was a "trial" class I was told that I still had to pay for it which was not the impression I was initially given. I do clinical Pilates at another osteopath but wanted to try pregnancy Pilates and being able to compare it to another similar service - I definitely
