My dpf service light was comming on after around 3000ks.as I live up in moama.no mechanics here had a clue as to what the problem was.they all fixed the problem..not the cause..so in desperation I visited Master auotombiles..they had my car for approx 2weeks.in this time they cleared the air intake manifold and the valves of carbon build up and done an extensive service of my dpf system..new egr solenoid and a new dpf pressure sensor..after spending $4.5k the problem that I came to them to fix is still evident..the dpf service light comming on after approx 3000ks.after speaking with kaz..he wanted

Husband brought my car in for a service as it was repeatedly stalling. The team diagnosed the issue, cleaned out the engine, fixed the RPMs. My car now drives very smoothly, acceleration has improved significantly, gear shifts are the smoothest they’ve ever been and it no longer stalls! I’m also really impressed with the service. They kept the car an extra day to do a cold start to make sure the stalling didn’t occur again. They’re also very communicative and explained everything to my husband, including what needed to be done and then afterwards, about what had been done. We will be back

Needed some repairs done on a dodgy DPF and Kaz and the team here sorted out the issues that were causing it to block, gave it a clean and it's been running well ever since.
Had my father's car serviced here too and it's now running better than ever!
Many mechanics just change the oil and send you on your way, but from my experience here, they are very thorough and detailed.
They also take the time to explain the issues.
Great service, will be taking all my cars here from now on.

I highly recommend the team at Master Automobiles. I recently had to replace the Intercooler on my Audi A7 and Kaz, in particular, went to great lengths and well beyond my expectations, to source a replacement at a reasonable cost. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and car, as always, was returned in perfect working order. They are very friendly, professional and easy to deal with, use them, you will not be disappointed.

The guys did a terrific job cleaning my DPF and servicing my ex-ambulance Sprinter. At a later date I was working on converting my work van to an RV, but in doing so I inadvertently stuffed it up and I couldn't start the engine. Over the weekend during his own time, Kaz, over the phone gave me free advise and I managed to get going again. Great service!!!!!

Master Automobiles are the best car service place ever . Customer service is excellent and are very accommodating to the , individuals car needs . Once you are comfortable with a mechanic you always love being loyal , I guess in this position I am being a bit positively bias , as my mechanic is one of my dear friends . But very very professional and wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else .
