I must of got these guys on a bad day! I didn’t bother going ahead with my enquiry and job and walked out given the customer service provided🤷♂️

Took my car for its 3rd ever service, new car. No additional issues, just a service. Cost was $464, charged $236 for labour over 3 hours. Won't be going back.
Update: 26/4, they have replied to my review, however they have me mixed up with a different customer, clearly this is a common occurrence. They also write to come back every 5000 kms which is ridiculous. Should be every 10-15 thousand kms.
Update 6/5, now they are claiming I have the wrong workshop. I can assure anyone that is reading that this is the correct workshop, I have the invoice right next to me. The couple that run this business

Andrew is awesome!
Our car was making weird noises for weeks and our previous mechanic had no clue what the problem was but Andrew diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot!! He also did not charge us for it either!! What a legend!! Andrew is definitely our new mechanic from now on.
