Pathetic service and attitude by the staffs there. The lady even burnt a iPhone (battery blast) in front of me. She was so annoyed, asked me to stop looking at what she is doing and wait away. and when I was waiting away, after a while there was smoke all around. If you value yourself, do a favour and go to a better place.

This my recent experience with DIO mobile repair shop (Shop 47) at seven hills plaza.. They are also called sydneytechrepairs.com.au. Writing this to bring awareness to all. This is my horrible experience.
November 2nd week I went to DIO at Seven Hills plaza to fix my Samsung Galaxy Camera. They fixed it but it introduced another problem.
My phone reception was flaky and not able to get 4G. After going back and forth I didn’t have any resolution. So frustrated. At one point they agreed to look at the issue, got my phone and returned it but the issue seems to be unresolved.

Do not take your machine here!
Brought my 2019 mbp for some liquid damage repairs. Technician said it would be easy however after waiting 2 months for parts I was told the repair was unsuccessful.
No technicians notes, photos or any documentation to advise what works were done or needed to be done.
What’s worse, when I took it to a professional they told me several screws and guards were missing.
Only take your phone or very simple display replacements.
Very disappointed.

I had a major faulty Apple Mac Pro which I needed to use urgently. I had contacted other companies to no avail with time restraints. Raj and his team fixed my computer on the spot.
