Dean is extremely friendly person and great professional. I had an issue with operating system of my desktop after power outage. My hard disk was full of important documents, so it was an essential requirement to save my data. Dean had found the best solution for the problem. Fantastic quality of service.

Dean was a fantastic help in getting my laptop fixed. He was also thorough in getting the fix right ordering a 2nd part after the first didn't quite fix it. All of this was done with great professionalism and an emphasis on a quick return. He advised me at every stage what was happening and even offered to have me pick it up after hours if I needed it urgently. Cannot think of a better service I have encountered technology wise, highly recommend his business to anyoneneeding a local repair done . 🏆

My computer was running horribly. constantly frame dropping, overheating at 98 degrees while idle. I took it in, explained my problem and straight away was told it's going to be better than before. I was constantly notified with what was happening and assured that all my problems were fixed. Only took 1 day to fix and now my computer is running 5x better than when I got it. Highly recommend

So far I've had 2 Pc's worked on and one was dead when I brought it in, all the information I needed was saved as it was beyond help, Dean got a replacement Pc transferred all the data and backed it up to an external drive for a fantastic price, very happy.
The next one I'd bought retail previously and was average, preformed poorly. My son uses it for school and gaming so Dean put an SSD in and it flys, I asked for more Ram but he said it won't work any better and won't change me for something I don't need, very happy, Son Very
