Dropped off a heap of family photos that that were encrypted, didn't expect too much, however a week later I get a call saying 'all' the data was recovered! I tell everyone and everyone is happy.
I go to pick it up and there is about 150 photos from 90 gig of stuff.
Then they want to charge $165... I wasn't expecting anything really, but dont tell me something then dont deliver. Horrible Experience.

Quick and easy service. Simply gave him my water damaged laptop and a spare hard disk drive and at the end of the day he gave me back all my lost data. Was a lucky get because my assignment was due two days after he got the data back and I would have had to start from scratch if I hadn't found AMCS.

What a Disappointment. I was not consulted on the charges involved and I feel I was ripped off and I still have a problem and I am minus $440. I had a faulty PC that had a couple of problems. Only one problem got fixed I got charged for data recovery that I wasn't consulted on, on a HDD that I already had backed up. I took it back to AMCS for the second problem that wasn't looked at and is still a current problem after I worked out it was the CPU fan. AMCS took out my high end water cooled CPU Cooler and swapped it with a cheap stock CPU fan that only lasts 10 min before the PC shuts down due to
