As health professionals, universal precautions for infection control are always adhered to. We ask that if patients have any symptoms of cold/flu, even mild, that they do not attend physiotherapy until they are fully recovered. If patients have travelled overseas, that they adhere to 14 days self-isolation as per government regulations.

Participating in sporting activities is great for your overall well-being. It's fun, it's motivating, and it's keeping you fit. If you've injured yourself doing the very thing that is keeping you healthy, you want to get back to it in the quickest, most cost-effective way possible. Injury in sport can occur due to a specific incident or due to repetitive stress of a particular part of your body.
Injuries can occur in the work place, while travelling to and from work or during any work-related social activity. Injuries can be of an acute nature like heavy lifting or falls, or from postural problems or repetitive mechanical stress like sitting at a computer.
At Darlinghurst Physiotherapy we accurately assess, diagnose and treat work-place injuries using firm connective tissue massage, joint mobilisation and/or manipulation and our educational skills to assist you in understanding what has gone wrong and what stretches and strengthening exercises can be done to help you fix the problem yourself.

Sadly dislocated my knee several weeks ago and I got recommended to those guys by my boss. Gotta say I was very impressed by the kindness and professionalism the physiotherapy who took care of me, I believe her name is Grainne. I can only recommend this place, and I also have to mention how they took my private insurance card right away and I paid less than $50 my first treatments, with was an amazing surprise.

I’m a visitor to Sydney from NZ and had extreme pain in my shoulder. Doctors diagnosed frozen shoulder (incorrectly) I went to see Jee and in 2 visits she has fixed all my problems and taken away my pain. They are super efficient, welcoming to new patients, not too expensive and all around AMAZING. I couldn’t recommend them more highly - especially Jee - who is lovely !
