Tim graduated from the University of East London in 1996 and founded Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness in 2014. I had tried several physios, but I would say this is the best to go in Sydney. My physio James is so lovely and professional. He solved my neck and back problem by only three sessions. I arrived at Excel Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre in a pretty bad way. But from the first step in the door I was greeted with a smile by Mel and the team, and the ambience was highly professional, calming and did not feel surgical at all.
Now onto the treatment James was a complete professional and I felt like he had my treatment and recovery front of mind and was EXCELLENT and an absolute superstar.

Excellent physio practice with lovely people & practitioners. Tim looks after everyone. John is the best massage therapist. Brooke & Mel are the best girls. Such a lovely place. I would highly recommend excel physio in Mascot. All staff is amazing. I also love buying the Ecoya candles there. Thank you!!!!

When you walk into Excel, you’ll feel at home. The friendliness of the staff extends across the board. From the lovely greetings to the friendly “g’day” from James, the physio, you feel very welcome here.
Highly recommend their services as they are fair and diagnose to the best of their ability as soon as they can in order to work on the malady. The friendliness is the icing on the cake!

The team at Excel Physiotherapy is amazing! I have a serious back problem that took me long months to start recovering, now I'm feeling much better and know that I'm in the right pathway. James is extremely knowledgeable and is helping me going through this process. Excellent physio’s are hard to come by, but as another person in healthcare I can truley say I freel very well looked after.
I have seen tremenious care and passion for thier patients and approach to my treatments and rehab, which was very pleasing to see.

What a great team at Excel, all of whom has helped me since April 2019 and been an integral part of my recovery from a serious bicycle accident.
Tim has been fantastic and very supportive, his physio experience is invaluable, but it’s also Mel and Brooke who has made me feel extremely welcome. They really do understand the importance of great customer service.
