We used the ACG partly because of the good feedback to install both a split and a ducted a/c as well as subfloor ventilation.
At the end of the installation day, I would have rated ACG five stars.
But after some time I noticed cracks in their service – let me explain.
Five stars for a polite and friendly installation crew who did a clean and quick job, separated and removed rubbish, kept disruption to our home office minimal and checked in via a follow-up call.
However, they also damaged two lights and threw out the a/c's user manuals which I rescued from the bin. Their sparkie wasn't as

I originally gave 5 stars for the maintenance they did on Jan 2022. Because the person who came was professional and kind. I thought he did a good job. However, exactly 1 week after our AC gave an error with a code. I called the ACG about this and they gave me a repair quote of more than $1000 over the email. This is a quote they gave me WITHOUT checking the system and 1 week after they did the maintenance in which they told us everything is in order. After insisting over the phone that they should at least have a look at my system before giving a quote of over $1000, I was able to persuade Andrew

UPDATED REVIEW:
Had a call from Steve, the Director, on Christmas Eve. He was very apologetic and ensured us that he would organise a technician to fix the AC unit on Christmas or boxing day. Someone attended on Christmas morning and so far the unit seems to be running well. Putting aside the whole experience leading up to Christmas, Steve was very helpful and professional. We were very happy with the installation process, but it is a pity that we then had a negative experience, so I have updated my review to 3 stars.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC ! During this year I've been trying to install 3 air cond units in my apartment. My wife and I have done 3 quotes and we were not happy with prices and what the others were offering in terms of installation, they just want to do the less possible and don't care about the look of it or the quality of it.
We didn't want to see any pipes exposure and NONE company offered that option, they've simple replied, we can't do or came out with some ridiculous excuses. ACG was the only company that came with a CAN DO attitude and listened to our requirements, they've done beyond the expected

Fantastic experience with ACG, installing a Daikin unit into our apartment living room. I was extremely anxious about installing a new unit, as our apartment didn't seem like it would accommodate one due to the positioning of our metal door frames and walls. However, the team managed to make it work better than I could have imagined, keeping pipes and wiring invisible and minimising the space used on our balcony for the outdoor unit. The team were professional and efficient, extremely friendly, and definitely knew the best way to approach the installation.

ACG installed our aircon 3 weeks ago and it's working beautifully. On install they accidentally cracked our ceiling and Steve and his team jumped on this quickly and ensured it got fixed. They sent out a professional repairer to completed the job. We are very happy with the end result.
