This a company which lacks the skills to communicate and has minimal skills in managing a major refurbishment.Only after you make a lot of noise do you get a response , but its just lip service. I would strongly suggest one finds an alternative or if your currently using them, review their standards of performance and if your lucky you might be able to rescind any agreement.
