The Tech Bloke (TTB) is a sole trader business, which provides IT products and services to the local corporate market and home users. TTB began its operations in 2015 as a provider of computer service to home users and small businesses. Today, The Tech Bloke is a full-service computer business servicing home user, and a wide spectrum of business organizations including governmental and non-governmental agencies.

Over the past 4 years, TTB has grown into a complete IT solution business supplying Personal Computers, Printers, Servers and other network-based products. In addition, TTB provides the after-sale service and support to our expanding customer base.

Following a relocation, my computer was damaged in transit and would no longer power up. Anthony sorted my problem quickly. He was friendly, helpful, and turned up when he said he would. No confusing tech jargon was used and he was very happy to take the time to explain things and even provided recommendations for good eats and local attractions. Anthony not only managed to give back my computer in a worse condition then I gave it to him in but he also managed to uploaded somebody else’s backup and all their files onto my computer. I have approached him and gave him the opportunity to rectifying the situation but he is screening my msgs.
What was wrong:
- Battery, Hinges, Keyboard Ctrl key and a Clean
What I got:
- Anthony was unable to install the battery
- Hinges were installed
- New installed keyboard malfunctioning and unusable
- Screen replaced after it was broken while installing battery. He then proceeded to crack the frame
