Was given the wrong external hard drive with someone else's data on there.
Was advised job would be looked at on Tuesday but when I called to see how job was going, was advised "wouldn't get to look at the job today"
Didn't hear back from anyone until Thursday.
Job was quite urgent as was a work laptop.
When picked up, got back to work and none of the data was ours so had to take the external hard drive back and they requested I bring back laptop again as to get data off again..

I had occasion to take my wife's HP computer to MD Computers in Mooloolaba today, as it was not connecting to the internet. I was very pleasantly surprised that the problem was attended to immediately, and not only that but was rectified while I waited. I expected to provide payment for this service but was told no payment was necessary. Thank you and I really appreciate what you did for me. This business is thoroughly recommended.

I dealt with Scott at MD Computers and he was terrific. Explained everything, fixed the problem, didn't try to upsell me with extras, and was extremely helpful. While in the shop, I could see that the other staff members were just as courteous. I just got the impression that this business has an excellent culture, good people, and great expertise.
I'll be recommending them to everyone I know who has a software or hardware problem.

Brilliant customer service! Super friendly staff! Brought in my custom build computer for issues with the cooling system, turned out that I’d plugged one cable into the wrong slot. The manager (wish I had caught his name so I could shout him out directly) was amazing, sorted it out really quickly and gave me some great recommendations to improve its ventilation set up and make it less of a dust magnet! Would 100% go back and highly recommend MD Computers to anyone I know!

A great local business that genuinely puts people first! I found them after my Samsung T5 SSD 2TB drive died and I was unable to get assistance from Samsung "Support" (overseas) & eventually found an Australian retailer who suggested MD Computers @ Mooloolaba.
The guys took a look at the situation while I was there & came up with a plan; they reformatted the drive - phoned when it was ready for collection the next day. Absolutely professional people who recognised my situation and sorted it out for me. Unbelievable service - so I now have IT support locally!!!
