Had a very good condition laptop with battery charging issue, took it and charger to shop. He advised he would check battery and charger and swap out some parts from spares he had to see if battery or charger issue.
Literally months pass and no calls at all until I return to check. Apparently the expert could not fix it and I took the laptop home and bought a new battery for only $50- installed it, only to find he had stolen the 1TB hard drive from the laptop and it would not start up.
Took it back and he blamed his sidekick for stealing it and installed a 500GB (not 1TB) hard drive and surprise

Terrible experience with Dean today.
Came into the store with a desktop PC that wouldn't turn on. He said could be due to the stormy weather or faulty parts. Dean claimed he can easily help with my problem.
Dean said he will have to unplug the components and re connect them. Next will be a diagnostic test to make sure no faulty parts are present. This was quoted to take 1, maybe 2 hours and cost $55.
I left the PC with Dean. At the hour 3 mark. I called to check progress. no answer. Voicemail was left to no reply.
At 4.5 hours I went back to store. Was told they were super busy and couldn't

Very busy small business with very little costumer service. They need to employ more people so they can look after the customers. One young man seems to be doing everything and he is way too busy.
I took my PC in for repair.
Told me that they will look at my PC and call me back, didn't happen.
I called them and asked about my PC, they said we will check it and call you back. again they forgot.
The next day they told me that the PC was ready, when I got there the DVD drive was not working, non of the USB outlets were working. The system was not even tested/ checked before they tell me its ready
