This is the best real estate I have ever dealt with. Linda and her Ace Properties team are very friendly, prompt and professional. They are committed to great service for their clients. They are extremely quick, thorough and proactive in their replies, and have proven themselves to be experts in relocations during Covid19. Stay away from them, we just won tribunal case against this agency as a tenant.
They tried to take around half to all of our $3480 bond by supplying excessive repair quotes. Then we provided reasonable quotes back as evidence. They got angry and wanted all of our bond and submitted bond claim for full amount.
We had no choice but lodged a case to tribunal. They ended up getting only $400 from us. This was decided by the tribunal.
Such a shame that they successfully stole other tenants’ bonds.
If you are already leasing with them, make sure to claim a full bond at the end of your lease online

These agents should receive -1 rating for the abhorrent service. I had the worst experience and displeasure of dealing with agent Cindy with regards to renting a carpark space while the property in question is still vacant (currently renting the space from tenant who will be leaving soon). Not only was she rude and unhelpful, she did not comprehend that the landlord may want such an arrangement since it benefitted them. She was unwilling to relay this message to the landlord and told me to speak to the current tenant who is leaving and has no bearing on the decision what so ever. The landlord would’ve

Greedy agent ever! Avoid this agent at all costs if you want to get your bonds back.
They will try their best to steal your bonds and threaten you to settle at a lower price before going to tribunal. They will mark everything damaged and suddenly offer you a cheaper piece, which makes you feel like a good deal. Hope you could have a lawyer customer in the future and sue you for such greedy behaviours!
I don’t think they know how to spell “integrity” and behaving “ethically” but GREEDY!

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed the contract with them. We had horrible experience dealing with ACE especially Rachel Ge!
They crossed clause 41 and 42 when we sign the contract without giving any explanations. When we asked to terminate the contract 6 months before the lease expired. They told us we have to keep paying the rent until the new tenant were found based on the modified contract. Therefore we had to help them find new tenant. That's how our nightmare came.
First, after we paid all the marketing fees, they only agreed to open one Saturday and asked me to go to the Wednesday

Worst property manager we ever dealt with! They make you sign dodgy and illegal contract and will try anything to get the most out of your bond. When Julien Shih did the final inspection she was actually looking under the door to find anything she could get from you!! She will try anything to get your money we end-up paying $400 for a normal wear and tear but we just wanted to finish with dealing with them. Worst real estate ever, we never have to deal with such people before and Please anyone don’t waste your time with them you will regret it and your money!! Everything is about money money

Being with this agent as a tenant for close to 5 years now. Very professonal and goes by the book. Always stay mutual between the tenant and the landlord. Its always hard to balance between landlord and tenant, and I think they have did a very good job.
I have rented two property from them in the last five year, very nice staff member to talk to and always happy to talk to the landlord for you to negotiate price.
