Horrendous service talking away to her team member on what she's doing for dinner, I knew everything by the time I left, I knew all the food options to the decorations when I'm just standing there wanting to pay and has the audacity to tell me to wait and not interpret..... I never write bad reviews like this but this was another level of disrespect

After leaving a different salon in the area with a nightmare of a hairdo that I paid over $100 for - These absolute legends squeezed me in and charged next to nothing to fix it up. The fix up was a million times better than my original hairdo and Mel did a phenomenal job. Honestly, I wish I'd booked in with these girls originally. Can't recommend them enough! Definitely will be back!

I Came in to the store this week and I was not happy with the customer service. One of the lady’s that works there was being very condescending when talking to my friend and I. When asking questions of stuff we didn’t know about she would ask questions back in a very disrespectful way instead of guiding us or helping to answer these questions about hair related things.

Simply love this salon. Mel and Chrissy are amazing. If your after the perfect colour and cut then go see Mel. Her attention to detail and knowledge is outstanding. Prices are reasonable, service outstanding, and hygiene and cleanliness is second to none. Thanks ladies, simply love my new colour.

I asked the hairdresser to cut my hair finger length as this is how I usually have it cut, she started cutting it and cut it way too short. I asked as she was cutting it if it was finger length and still able to be styled, she said yes. Turns out there's no styling the short cut she did, She might as well have just given me a buzz cut! I won't be back and don't recommend this place to anybody! The staff don't listen to the client and just do whatever they feel like.

Quite horrible service. Rude and uninviting. The haircut I received took a total of 3 minutes, she didn’t locate the parting of my hair before cutting some face framing pieces. Then hair was roughly dried off without any heat protectant. Before leaving I asked for a brush to brush my own hair as it was just dried and left a mess. Never had to brush my own hair at a salon before. Final hair cut wasn’t shown to me, and I wasn’t asked if I was happy or wanted to change anything. Definitely not worth the $80 I paid.

Went there for the first time and asked to get blone lowlights and highlights and got the WORST streaks I have seen. They were patchy and in thick bunches of solid colour. The lady seemed as if she was a bit unsure of what to do - maybe still learning? I still paid just over $300 to have it done. I just wish I spoke up before I left.
Value for money was minimal. I felt terrible about my hair until I could afford to fix it again.
